Camp Programs
Coyote Club offers wilderness adventure camps in Maine and New Hampshire for February, April and summer vacation.
Never has it been more important to get people connected with the outdoors and each other while fostering a safe and inclusive community. It is therapeutic for kids and counselors alike. Coyote Club camp offers kids the chance to break away from screens indoors and explore their natural environment. Outdoor play has been shown to have many benefits including improving sensory skills, social & cognitive development and an increase in attention span.
Summer Camp
A 5 day full camp of exploration, discovery and adventure throughout July and August. This program will give students the opportunity to get in some quality “dirt time”, strengthening their connection to nature, and building their confidence and connection to themselves and each other. We explore a host of different habitats and resources that strengthen our place-based education. We’ll be diving deeper into primitive skills during this day camp, with an emphasis on carving safety, fire knowledge and and various forms of traditional crafts.
Cost of camp is $300 for a full week. Camp runs from 9am-3pm every day at various locations around Seacoast, New Hampshire
Winter Camp
Winter Camp will take place during February vacation and will be filled with winter wildlife exploring, discovery and adventure. This program will give our students the opportunity to get in some quality time in the woods during one of New England’s most beautiful and under-appreciated seasons. This is a 5 day full camp during the February school vacation. Winter camp activities include, sledding, snow shelters, winter survival, ice safety, winter crafts, campfire cooking and much more!
Time: 9am – 3pm

Spring Camp
Coyote Club Spring Camp will take place during April vacation and will be filled with spring wildlife exploring, discovery, and adventure. This program will give our participants an opportunity to deeply connect with the New England spring landscape. We’ll be diving into spring wild edibles, vernal pools, water ecology, dip-netting, cool weather campsites, spring survival crafts, bird migration and more. This 5-day adventure will be something the kids will never forget, and we would love to have your child join us as we celebrate the return of spring!

Frequently Asked Questions
How is social distancing being practiced
So that we keep everyone as healthy and safe as possible we ask any child showing signs of illness refrain from attending class. That also goes for kids that knowingly have had contact with people sick with covid-19.
What should I bring?
Be prepared to go outside no matter what the weather. Make sure to have proper footwear and dress appropriately for the current conditions. Masks and hand sanitizer are required. Optionals to bring include; backpack, water bottle, binoculars, field guide, small journal and pen/pencil.
What age do you need to be?
These programs are geared for kids 6 years old to 16 years old.
Can I bring a pocket-knife?
Children 8 years and older may bring along a pocket knife (if parents are comfortable with carving). Guidance on safe knife handling skills will be provided. Children without knives will be allowed to use practice knives.
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes, sibling discounts are offered. Please email us and we will get back to you with the discount amount based on number of siblings etc.
